Worst service experience, I had electronic motor height adjustment collison issue, I am chasing with customer care no proper response and support till date.

Absolutely love this desk! It looks beautiful and premium, feels very sturdy, and the height adjustment is smooth and quiet. The memory presets are super convenient, making it a great addition to my workspace. Highly recommended!

I received the product, but during installation I found that several parts do not fit according to the specified measurements. The gear rod length is insufficient for proper installation, and the stand screws do not align with the holes provided on the top board.

Before posting this review, I tried contacting customer care for assistance, but I was unable to get any support.

Considering that I spent around ₹20,000 on this product, I am very disappointed with the quality and fitment. The product does not meet expectations and is not worth the price paid.

The touch and feel of the materials are premium, and the overall build quality looks very nice. The packaging was top-notch, with all parts well protected during delivery.
The motor is silent and adjusts the height smoothly without any issues. Since the desk is still new, I can’t comment on long-term durability yet, but my first impression is positive. Overall, it looks great, feels sturdy, and seems like a quality product.

Setup doesnot need some technicians help..can be setup by ourself with a second person help to raise it at the end. Instruction manual is very clear

I was looking for a desk upgrade since a long time and finally pulled the trigger on this. No regrets. The table is very sturdy, the motor works very well and the assembly was easier than I expected. Adjusting the height is also very easy and you can save upto 3 presets. Cable management thingies are provided as well with 3M gum on one side which can be used to stick the bundled cables below the desk. Material is very durable and handles my monitor arms without issues. Overall 10/10.
